Говорят, на последней компьютерной выставке COMDEX Билл Гейтс заявил, что если бы General Motors развивался так, как Microsoft, мы бы уже все давно ездили на машинах стоимостью $25 и расходом топлива 0.005 л/100 км.
Через день представитель GM заявил в ответ, что если бы GM повторял тенденции Microsoft, то:
1. Абсолютно без причины, среднестатистическая машина попадала бы в аварию 2 раза в день.
2. Каждый раз, когда изменялась бы разметка на дороге, приходилось бы покупать новый автомобиль.
3. Иногда машина бы просто останавливалась посреди шоссе. Чтобы поехать дальше, надо было бы оттолкать машину к обочине, закрыть все ОКНА, заглушить двигатель, открыть все ОКНА и только потом ехать.
4. Выполняя сложный маневр, машина может заглохнуть и больше не завестись. Тогда придется переинсталлировать двигатель.
5. Макинтош сделал бы автомобиль, который бы использовал энергию солнца, был бы в пять раз быстрее авто от Microsoft, вдвое легче в управлении – но мог бы ездить только по 5% дорог.
6. Датчики температуры двигателя, зарядки батареи, давления масла заменили бы на один – единственный: “Эта Машина осуществила нелегальную операцию и сейчас заглохнет”.
7. Перед тем как сработают подушки безопасности, появится надпись: Are you sure?
8. Иногда автомобиль закроет дверь на замок и вы не сможете попасть внутрь. Тогда нужно одновременно нажать ручку двери, вставить ключ и нажать на радиоантенну – система разблокируется.
9. Каждый раз при покупке нового авто придется учиться ездить заново – управление каждой новой машины будет в корне отличаться от старого
10. Чтобы заглушить мотор, нужно нажать кнопку START.

Nothing but Mercedes!!!” Twitter – “What the hell this stupid site is. I’d better keep blogging on my blog))))”.
One of my theory says, “people don’t change, world around them changes.”
And here is my theory worked on me))yep I sold my V8 Mercedes and bought a cheap gas saver, called – Civic and I think it is not so bad, well, manual transmission makes it ok)), yep I registered on Twitter and I think I like it more and more and yes I got iPhone which i’m paying $30 every month for)))) In addition, I think the designer of the iPhone probably had Civic))))))It lays in the central panel just perfect. I mean really perfect)))Plus there is special place on the dash doard to watch movies)))))))))))

My parents are on vacation in Miami and since I just got my job, I couldn’t go with them))well, everything happens for a reason)))I got living by myself expirience))well, what can I say about it. I think I liked it. I mean it is cool and it is not at the same time)))It is fun during the night, but see, there is always morning))if you party at smbd’s place, u always got a chance to sneak out from all the cleaning stuff)))that what u can’t do at your place) Another think, u never have to worry about the food when parens are home))the same with dish washing, laundry etc… No, I’m not mommy boy(I’d like to be one though, it is probably cool:p), I’m just easy ways finder. And living with parents is another easy way. For me, this is a way to make some of my dreams come true such as saving money for the car I really want.
for sure we shouldn’t forget that someday u will have to live alone and u will be sorry for your choice not to live with ur folks when U could to. So this is also way for me to do a little bit happier my folks, because it’s just suck when you grow ur children, u spend so many years on them, so much time, money, health, and then they can’t wait to go away from u, and then u see them only on thanksgiving day…it is natural, but it is suck((((
So, I will kill two rabbits by one shot)))) My future Mercedes is one rabbit, and another is my parents, happy parents by having such a perfect son)))))))))))))As says one of my T-shirt – “Nobody is perfect, so I’m nobody”))))

Well, I think I have already written something about dreams that are coming true for me, when I just came to the US. So, that was not it)))
First of all, I found a soccer team where I’m playing now.I mean really soccer team, with training sessions, coach, and cool people, also nown as players of this tream)))))) Yeah, I always wanted to be a part of real team, and now I am.it is so cool: awesome fields, practises, games, tournaments, players’ support, and just team atmosphere. Yeah, I don’t expect somebody understands it, nobody did and nobody will, but yeah, that is really cool for me)
Secondly, I found a great job. After almost 4 months without having any job, I finnaly found it.well, or they found me))))))))))) I didn’t want to have a part time again. My decision was “to work and to study”, but not –  ”to study and to work”, u know what I mean. Well, everybody says that it is not good, but it is my decision with understandings of all the consequences. All the decision I have made so far, were RIGHT for me. So, I think this one, will not be an exception. So, the job is cool, that is exactly what I wanted to. It is Wells Fargo, it is in Downtown, it is cool paid, and the main thing, it is a chance for me to grow in this company. I already was moved from paper stuf work to electronic side. There I can show all my skills))))well, or “skills”))))))
Yeah, so here are two more dreams came true)))))let’s wait for another one, which is E class of 2003))))This dream actually was depend on the second dream, which is a good job)))so, now I need just a little time)))))))))))

I hate this question when the answer is – Nothing…so the same with my blog. I hate blogging with stuff like “oh, nothing new, just went to job, just came back to home, just borring etc..” So, I didn’t post while nothing new was happening, but then forgot about the blog. It always happens to me))))

Since I bought my car, the weather was getting better and better, but recently, it snowed again. I was so angry at people, who live here since they were born, but still are not able to drive well when it’s snowing. It took me 2.20 hours to come home from downtown. otherwise it takes 15, maaaximum 20 minutes…Everyone drives 5 m/h, on the high way – 10 m/h…However, even this “Snowed speed limit” didn’t help. I was so surprised by hearing on TV number of accidents in small Des Moines for only one day. 200 hundred accidents. TWO HUNDRED. Can u believe that, guys? Even the guy, who came from south, drives better that all these people.

So, in the nearest future, I’m going to buy one house in Florida, another here, in Iowa, and will live in Florida when it’s winter and logically, in Iowa  when it’s summer))

I’ve been pretty busy first part of 2009, so I couldn’t find a time for posting((( New semester in college is started and I registered for couple classes. One of which is Literature))yeah, I know, I’m crazy. A journals for this class are just pain in my ass. Just to read book is ok, but to read and then to write about the book is just…dah…
Yeah, then I’ve been in Mineapolis, and tried, first time in my life, ski))yeah guys, it’s fun, but it’s not for me))))))I was thinking only how not to break ski and to break myself))))))))
What ever, but I’ve got a good news, too)))
I’ve bought a new car. Well it’s a used one, but new for me, though)))
Just don’t ask me what happened wih the previous one))just don’t)
So, my new car is Mercedes 1997 E42 AMG. Yeah guys. My dream car) No, I haven’t bacome rich, yet))))I just found my dream car very cheap, well, because it has couple problems. It doesn’t run and drive. However it looks just wonderwul. I’m just stayin’ next to it and keep saying to everbody – that’s my caaar))
Oh, I’m just kidding)It runs with her 4.2 liters just like crazy animal)))It’s so exciting to drive on the way and understand that you are king on the road and there’s just no cars wich could be better than you(All this thoughts were broken when I was passed by new Bentley Continental:D)

So, to make a kind of conclusion about Las Vegas I post some photos. Sory, there’re not too many of them, bacause I’m very selfish, so If I stood at the end of the most beautiful waterfall of the world or something, I would think first about my self, and I would take my time by staying there and maybe trying to think about abything or something like that, rather than to take a picture and show it later to somebody – “oh, look where I’ve been…”what ever…
So Las Vegas is not exception and I got very few photos)Any way) Better than nothing, though)))

In this post, I’d like to talk about cars and everything concern them pretty much. First of all, I’m just impressed by local traffic. Yeah, I know, I said the same about Colorado, but trust me, there was nothing in comparison with Las Vegas…Everybody is just crazy)))if u decided to stay in the same lane all the way and ur goal is get home(or hotel, what ever:) ) – forget)))U’ll never reach it) Its just shock for Iowa residents(Cause in Iowa everybody drives so carefully and everyone is so patient) and just happiness for me!!!Why? haa, ’cause it is even worth than in Baku. Cut, push, honk, wrong way, and speed limit, actually – there’s NO speed limit at all))))))))) I’ve been driving 70 mph on the road where only 35 was signed and police saw me, but did nothing)Maybe there’re so many crimes, so they just don’t have time for speed tickets))))Definitely, that was my best week on the road of my life))))
Second, what deserves attention is cars. Of course I’m talking about supercars – Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, etc… Also
tuned cars were also impressive. It seemed to me, I was the single person who was driving Mercedes with no tuning))I haven’t seen there any serial Merc.)
Finally, I’ve been in the most expensive place of my life I guess)Yeah,
museum of super cars. Well it’s not really museum, there’re no old
cars and also U can buy those cars))))However, still it’s more like museum maybe because U have to pay to enter))))

When we stopped in Colorado I’ve slept in hotel 15 hours)so I was full of energy which I had to spend on somewhere. I spent it on road. I have driven for a ten hours) That’s my own record) I’ve never driven so long distance before) That was really fun and some roads seemed like roads of my dreams)Difenitely, I will visit some day Switzerland or any other europen dream road)So, we’ve arrived to LV around 7 pm. The same evening, I was shocked by several facts. First, was Pool tables, which our hotel doesn’t have(( (I am so addicted by this game last 7-8 months). Second just shock at all – the hotel DOESN’T have the INTERNET…Well they offer to buy super speed internet. I would understand that if prices on it were symbolically, but when I saw the price list… – 1 day – $10, 30 minutes – $5 Even in Azerbaijan internet is cheaper now days. It’s not about money…hmm. YES, IT’S about money, in almost 200″9″, pay $10 for Internet…what ever… However, our hotel has advantages too.hmm. Let me think…Nooo, sorry, internet kills all the other advantages))) We just have no luck with hotels. Last time, when we were in co—–, We didn’t have internet in our room either, plus there were an old roses and we couldn’t plug all our facility. It’s funny now, but wasn’t at that time)))) Nevertheless, maybe one and the main advantage, is happened by accident. Accidently I got my own room)I mean real my own. My step-dad and mom are staying in one room, I am staying in the other) I’ve got 2-bedrooms, jacuzzi, kitchen with beer-opener and the fridge with beer itself))))))))))))))All what u need in Vegas is: Mercedes, freedom, own room with big bed, and a little bit money and a liiiitle bit handsomeness))))and happiness will be yours))))))))))))U know what I mean by happiness)))))

So, we left home at 10 pm and our night trip begun)I don’t want to give you many details, especially, details for this night road. Because it was just awful. I did stupid mistake – didn’t sleep during the day. And here was my problem) our first destination was about 10 hours to Colorado.So I was planning to drive per 5 hours me and my step-father. Ha, didn’t work)
We were switching every 2 hours. No traffic on the roads, borring and plus night road needs double causion and attention because of stupid animals which are having fun by running from the one side of road to the other(during 10 hours, I myself saw about 10 killed deer )so around 7 AM we arrived to the city, finally. When I took my first exit to the town streets, I was so surprised by traffic. I mean it’s ok when there are lots of car, I was expecting that, but when ALL the car are speeding 50M\h when only 30M\h allowed, and when nobody respects one another on the road – that’s sweet) Any way, I liked it, some nostalgia of Baku is always good)))

So we stayed in the hotel one night because of the weather. It was getting worth.In the next morning the weather was just emazing and our next destination was – Utah. That’s the first state which I hated))Idk why, maybe because of lots of signs like – VIEW AREA, and in the diraction to sign, there’s no view at all) or maybe because of the gas stations, oh, I mean NO gas stations))))We almost were out of gas) GPS showed one gas station in 20 miles OFFROAD ahead. We didn’t have choice. Our gas was enough to reach 20 miles, but no more. So if there weren’t be the gas station we would stuck there with no gas forever). Nevertheless, we took our exit, which showed GPS, to the strange town named – Moore. First, we thought it’s better to stuck on the high way with no gas, than somewhere which even doesn’t exist on the map))))because the GPS was showing different way of road)))))we were nervous joking, like – Moore is a city of Indians)))) Then we saw electricity cables and thought, that’s it, we are saved)))))))electricity is coming to this town and couple more years and we will have light over there)))))) Finally, after 50 minutes driving we saw something like a town)but…it wasn’t Moore))))it was something different)However, at that time we didn’t care what it is – moore, or shmoore, the main point was – gas)and we found it)
So, I’ve been in another place which nobody knows and doesn’t exist on the map, either) Moore! try to find that)))Who didn’t get it, first place was – Azerbaijan, I stuck there for a 18 years)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))Some Americans really don’t belive in existing country – Azerbaijan))They think I’m kidding them)))))))))))so maybe for real i came from nowhere))))))))))))))

What ever, next destination was LAS VEGAS, NEVADA!

So our trip actually begins today. Because of the weather. We were supposed to leave tommorow evening. However weather was promised just awful and it will be just impossible to get the hell out of our state! So we have one extra day. Yesterday, we borrowed a chain for the tyres, which I couldn’t find in the stores earlier.Des Moines just doesn’t have it. Everybody was so surprised after I asked whether the have it or not) Fortunately, one of our friend has it and we just borrowed it for a trip. By the way, we decided to visit on the way our old friend from Baku, and kill one day over there, otherwise we would arrive to LV at about 3 am, but our ckeck in is at 3 PM.
So let’s see)

Last night I went to take some milk from the kitchen and thought that I’m like in movie)No, serious, If u take a look on me from the side, I live exactly in movie, which I was dreaming to live in when I was in Baku.
I think I’m the only person in the whole United States who appreciates living here so much. Every day, I’m just happy by taking beer from fridger(In Azerbaijan nobody buys six packs, only one by one), by driving car in the clean and big streets, by been saying “Excuse me” after POSSIBLE collision with people on the street or in the store, or just by people’s smile. Americans will never understand this, because they don’t know another way to live, but I do. However many people who came from my country or the other Former Soviet Union country, they don’t think about it either.
I don’t know what I wanted to say by all those words above.

People, just always try to look at yourself from the side!
